A Naguinata ou Naginata (長刀・薙刀) é essencialmente uma lâmina japonesa montada em uma haste longa. Ela se assemelha a uma alabarda européia mas somente com uma lâmina curva e de um gume montada em sua extremidade.

As origens da Naguinata remontam ao Período Heian (794 d.c à 1185 d.c). A naguinata foi uma arma muito usada pelos Sôhei 僧兵, os monges guerreiros, e os Yamabushi 山伏, os monges da montanha.
